Conspiracy between Syria, Iran and liberals in the United States. Middle East peace talks and islamic terrorism with weak diplomacy lead to realignment of Lebenon, Israel and Iraq.
Nancy Pelosi
Speaker of the House, U.S. Representative (CA, DEM)
There is no evidence that suggests that Rep. Pelosi had discussed the Damascus Concord during her meeting with Assad. Additionally, no evidence exists that she had knowledge of the Concord prior to any meetings with Barack Obama. Rep. Pelosi has shown support for Israel and is not part of the Concord. She is a key player in the Concord due to her meeting with President Assad. It was this meeting that is considered to be the catalyst for launching the Concord.
Bashar al-Assad
President of Syria
President Assad has stated that he wants control of Lebanon. He and his government have logistically aided groups such as Hezbolluh, Hamas and the Islamic Jihad in their efforts to attack Israel and gain control of parts of Lebanon. At the insistence of Ahmadinejad, Assad has joined in the unholy alliance to create the Damascus Concord.
His meeting with Obama and Clinton advisors in February 2008 has sparked great interest from many political monitoring sources (except the US mainstream media). Syria has led only limited direct aggression against Israel and Lebanon. The current economic status of Syria has led to need for more exports. It is this need, which can be fulfilled by Northern Iraqi oil fields, that has dictated his involvement in the Damascus Concord.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
President of Iran
President Ahmadinejad in an Islamic extremist who has repeatedly stressed for the eradication of Israel. Funding much of the insurgency in Iraq, Ahmadinejad has also commented several times about gaining control of Iraq. In 2005, he proposed a "World Without Zionism" in which the "occupying regime" must be "wiped from the pages of history." His plan is to spread the Islamic Theocracy that governs Iran.
Ahmadinejad has, with the assistance of Russia, continued to grow a nuclear missile system (obviously to be used against Israel). This nuclear movement has been met with harsh criticism by the US and the UN. However, nothing has been done to stop the nuclear enrichment. Every attempt of diplomacy with Ahmadinejad has led to zero concessions by Iran, even though Ahmadinejad has agreed to many of them. (Sounds like his old enemy Saddam.)
Barack Hussein Obama
President of the United States (DEM)
Barack Hussein Obama, former Senator from Illinois, is the forty-fourth President of the United States. Obama has a long history of dealing with shady characters (Rezko, Ayers, Rev. Wright). The liberal media has never challenged Mr. Obama's dealings and partnerships from the past. Often, deflecting such issues as being racist.
President Obama has a long history of not supporting the military and has promised to remove the military from Iraq in 16 months. He has promised significant cuts in military technology.
In November 2006, Obama called for opening diplomatic dialog with Syria and Iran. He plans on "Direct presidential diplomacy" without preconditions.
Hillary Rodham Clinton
Secretary of State of the United States (DEM)
Hillary Clinton was involved in numerous scandals and questionable business activities (Rose Law Firm, Travelgate, Whitewater) while either first lady of Arkansas or the United States. Her foreign policy experience has been mainly at a cultural level. Like Obama, the media has shied away from covering most of her questionable dealings.
Mrs. Clinton has a huge vested interest in the Middle East. Since her husband left the White House, he has made millions of dollars for speaking arrangements. Most of the money has come from Middle Eastern countries with speaking fees that were more than three times higher than the speeches in the US. Many consider the outrageous speaking fees to be a payback for the Clinton's handling of the Middle East during Bill Clinton's presidency.
Hassan Nemazee
Iranian-American Investment Banker
Namazee is a millionaire Iranian-American investment banker and democratic fund-raiser. He was the Finance Chairman for Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign and heavy contributor to Barack Obama. Nemazee was also nominated by President Clinton to be the Ambassador of Argentina.
Namazee, along with Brzezinski, was at the secretive meeting in February 2008 with President Assad.
Zbigniew Brzezinski
Foreign Policy Advisor to Barack Obama
Brzezinski was the National Security Advisor for President Carter. For decades, he has been involved in foreign policy, especially with the Middle East and Russia. He advocated for military force during the Iran coup in 1978, but President Carter decided to accept the regime change instead. His opposition to Iran is well known.
On October 10, 2007, he urged President Bush to engage in "a genuine dialog with Hamas." Brzezinski, along with Namazee, was at the secretive meeting in February 2008 with President Assad.
